The Richardson Room in the Weimer K. Hicks Center will be open from 12-4 p.m. on Saturday, June 14. A select menu of snacks, sandwiches and beverages will be available to purchase for carry out only. Please note that the Richardson Room only accepts debit and credit cards. Cash is not accepted.

Welles Dining Hall in the Weimer K. Hicks Center and the Book Club in the Upjohn Library Commons will be closed on Saturday, June 14 and Sunday, June 15.

Commencement Ceremony Hospitality

Complimentary coffee, hot chocolate and breakfast bars will be available for guests from 8-10 a.m. on Sunday, June 15 by the Weimer K. Hicks Center. In case of rain, food and beverages will be set up in the lower level of the Weimer K. Hicks Center.
Please note that food and beverage will not be adjusted based on dietary preferences and restrictions.

As part of the College’s climate commitment initiative and effort to reduce the consumption of bottled water on campus, we encourage guests to bring reusable bottles to campus. Water stations will be available during the Commencement Ceremony at various locations around the Quad.
